Positions:

• YDP/Program Staff:
  • Hours: 3-4 Hours daily
  • Roles & Responsibilities: Creating trusting, respectful relationships with youth by providing a safe and supportive environment for youth during afterschool hours. Be a positive role model and promote youth voice. 
• Program Director:
  • Hours: 5-6 Hours daily
  • Roles & Responsibilities: Have a youth centered mindset by prioritizing the safety, well-being, and growth of students. You will lead, motivate, and set clear expectations for staff. Design and and manage schedules as well as handling multiple priorities. Communicate clearly with staff, youth, and families.
• Enrichment Specialist:
  • Hours: 1.5 daily
  • Roles & Responsibilities: Creating opportunities for our youth to engage with experiences in new and unique ways. Provide and create a program that builds and identifies new skills, as well as developing existing ones. Working closely with Program Director to capture Youth Voice to develop plans. 
•  Area Director:
  • Hours: 8 daily, Salaried Position
  • Roles & Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of your sites ensuring adherence to organization policies and state licensing requirements. Build strong relationships with families to enhance communication and support child development. Create a safe and positive environment for youth to learn and grow.
