School Year Application – Download
- Ages Served: 5 – 12 – Due to district policy, 5 year olds need to be currently enrolled in Kindergarten
- Days: Monday – Friday
- After School Program When Schools in Session: 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Snack and Dinner will be provided daily, Dinner will be served at 5:00
- Location: West Rutland School
- Summer: Will be located at West Rutland School – Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm
2:30 – 3:00 – Dismissal & Snack
3:00 – 3:15 – Team Meeting
3:15 – 3:45 – Recess
3:45 – 4:15 – Power Hour – Homework
4:14 – 5: 00 – Activity of the day
5:00 – 5:30 – Dinner and Home

If my child is attending a school club, can they still attend club for before and after? –> Yes!
Does my child have to attend everyday? –> No, can be specific days if needed, just let us know!
When can my kid start and what do I need to fill out? –> Reach out to the Director and get an application and paperwork needed! Once we have a full application and paperwork your director will confirm with you when your member can start!
Where exactly is the program held? –> Our main location will be the cafeteria, library, and outside if weather permits! If we are not in our main location, we will let you know!
How does pick up work? –> If the main doors are unlocked, feel free to come on in! If not please call our club phone (802-770-0470) and we will bring out your child!
