Sep 5th: Club Closed for Labor Day
Oct 20th: School Early Out Hours (12:30-5:00)
Oct 21st: Club Closed for Staff Development (Babysitting Course from 9am-3pm)
Oct 27th: Club Closing at 6pm for Community Celebration at Paramount Theatre
Oct 28th: Halloween Field Trip to the Corn Maze (Club doors closed from 2:30-5:30 / Dinner at 5:30)
Nov 11th: Club Closed for Veterans Day
Nov 23rd: School Vacation Hours 9am-4:30pm
Nov 24-25: Club Closed for Thanksgiving Vacation
Dec 23 & 26: Club Closed for Christmas Vacation

May 28th: Club Closed for Memorial Day
June 1st: Club Closes at 5:30
June 8th: Club Closed for Staff Development Training
June 15th: Last Day of School Year Programming (Tentative)
June 25th: First Day of Club Summer Camp (Tentative)

~Snow Day Policy: Any day that Rutland City Public Schools are closed for a snow day, the Boys & Girls Club is closed as well.~

Summer 2011


Ages 6-12


For youth ages 6-12 the Boys & Girls Club of Rutland offers “Get Up, Get Out, Get Active.” With daily art activities, field games, and ways to explore the local area -- there is lots of fun to be had in the sun. All Boys & Girls Club members receive a partial scholarship – and additional need-based scholarships are available, as well. We also accept the child care resource subsidy for those who qualify. Spots are limited, so sign up today!

·Drop-off is from 9:00am to 9:30am at the Merchants Row Club

·Daily Breakfast, Lunch and Snack are included (no extra cost)

·Pick-up is from 2:45pm to 3:00pm at the Merchants Row Club

Middle School & High School

Drop-In hours for 13-16 year-olds at the Club

3:00pm-5:00pm ~ Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Wednesday AM/Early afternoon field trips (call for more info)
